It was conceived in 1992 and commenced business in July 1993. The company is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission, Abuja, licensed by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) which controls practice within the profession and we are also enlisted by the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) an Institution enabled by the Federal Government through its Acts No. 25 of 1974. We are also members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS-UK) and International Facility Management Association (IFMA). We have a team of qualified and tested in-house professionals. So, we are able to provide our clients with advice and expertise on a diverse range of property transactions.
